Occasionally Inspiration may not move past the launch screen, so you cannot get to the Inspiration Starter screen. Here is the launch screen.

Normally this is due to a problem with a printer driver that is installed.

Step 1: Uninstall the printer driver(s) installed on your PC.

Step 2: Launch Inspiration 11. The application should now launch correctly and take you to the Inspiration Starter screen.

Step3: Reinstall the printer drivers one by one, checking Inspiration 11 continues to launch okay.
