Issues with using Dragon Professional and Inspiration
Inspiration 10 and Inspiration 11 have been tested and should work with Dragon Professional 15 and Dragon Professional 16 without issue.
If you are having problems with using specific Dragon commands to control and use Inspiration e.g. using the RapidFire tool, this can occur after an update of Windows.
How to solve this issue
Please follow this advice from Nuance, the publisher of Dragon Professional to resolve this issue.
- Close Dragon
- Navigate to the following folder path: C:\Users\"Your User Name"\Appdata\Roaming\Nuance\NaturallySpeaking16
- Right-click the "nsuser" file and click "Rename."
- Rename the file to nsuser.old
- Restart the computer
