Our Commitment to You: Inspiration for Windows
This document explains what you can expect from the Inspiration for Windows app and our team. It’s our promise to you, so we’re all on the same page about how the app should perform and what we'll do if things don't go as planned.
1. The App Will Be Ready to Go
We work hard to make sure Inspiration for Windows is always available when you need it through our robust development and testing process. This includes vulnerability testing for each software update and major release.
Inspiration for Windows is an On-Premises (On-Prem) app, which means it is installed within your own network infrastructure; on your own device and servers. It requires no internet connectivity to use and is completely self contained.
As long as you've installed the app on a device that meets the technical operating system requirements for that version purchased, Inspiration will work correctly and reliably. Technical specifications for each version can be found
here.
If you are a customer with a Enterprise single user license(s), volume license agreement or site license agreement, we can provide you free-of-charge with a a personalized Intune or SCCM deployment package for swift, silent, remote installation.
However, on the rare occasion Inspiration my stop working or run slower. Normally this will be resolved by simply reinstalling the software. Other infrequent reasons can be found
here.
2. Critical Software Updates
Inspiration for Windows does not auto update, giving IT departments and users complete control of software maintenance. If a critical software update is required, we will notify the named contact for the license via email with details on where to download and install the latest software update.

3. Product Life Cycle
Each version of Inspiration is supported for 3 years from date of launch. This is made up of two phases:
- Mainstream Support for 2 Years: This phase includes new features, non-security updates, and security updates. Then;
- Extended Support for 1 Year: This phase focuses on providing only critical security updates for the operating system the version is designed for.
After 3 years, the version goes end of life. But we will continue to provide advice and support.
If you have an active Software Assurance (maintenance) plan or Subscription license (Software-as-a-Service), you will have the rights to upgrade to the latest version as they are released. The named license contact will be notified via email with details on where to download and install the latest software version.
